• Custom Photography Services: Should you wish to hire our team for personalized photography, pricing will be agreed upon in advance based on your specific requirements.

Please note that prices may be subject to change, but any confirmed orders will be processed at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, simply add the desired product(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Payments can be made through the available methods provided on our website, including credit cards and bank transfers.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and expected delivery times for digital products (such as photography bundles) or service timelines for custom projects.

4. Delivery of Digital Products
All ready-to-use photography bundles will be delivered digitally upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a download link, granting you access to your images within 24 hours. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when ordering.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Belgian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery of digital content, provided it has not yet been accessed or downloaded. If you have already downloaded the photography bundle, this right of withdrawal does not apply due to the nature of the digital content.

6. Intellectual Property
All photography provided by Productvision remains the intellectual property of our business. When purchasing a photo bundle, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for your marketing and promotional purposes. These images cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for other commercial purposes without prior consent.
